We posted about these Geese 10 days ago. In just a week they have grown much larger. They seem to be loving what our dinky river has to offer. After you watch the video above, you can check out our previous video below.

Check out these 7 baby goslings on the LA River. Did you know baby geese are called goslings and a group of them is called a brood?
These appear to be Egyptian Geese. Egyptian geese were considered sacred by the Ancient Egyptians, and appeared in much of their artwork. They are definitely not native to the LA River, but they are thriving.
You can see what good parents they are in the video. When a heron gets a little too close, they go right into protect mode.
